Breathwork can be a beautiful addition and way to connect back to self and others.
Classes and workshops can be tailored with the intention of the group and overall setting of class.
Mindfulness, meditation, and Reiki, journaling and movement can be tailored and included.
What does a class look like?
Using a combination of mindfulness, breath awareness, and continual conscious breathing, we will collectively breathe together for varying lengths of time for relaxation, shifting energy, or breath as transformation.
Comfy props such as yoga mats, blankets, eye mask, and any bolsters that can help someone lay down comfortably while they actively breathe to a playlist of music to allow connection and safety to be felt within the physical and emotional body as energy shifts and moves with breathwork.
Medical/Physical/Emotional intake forms are used prior to participating so classes are planned with alternatives if needed.
Safety of physical and emotional health is important during any breathwork participation.
